By using Weedable, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and located in a state where medical or recreational cannabis is legal. You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding cannabis purchase and use.
Welcome to Weedable ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Weedable mobile application, website at weedable.com, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
To use Weedable, you must:
You represent and warrant that all information you provide during registration and use of the Platform is accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to verify your identity and eligibility at any time.
You must create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in fraudulent activity.
Weedable provides a technology platform that connects consumers with licensed cannabis dispensaries. We are not a dispensary, grower, or cannabis retailer. All cannabis products listed on the Platform are sold by independently licensed dispensaries ("Sellers") that are responsible for compliance with all applicable cannabis regulations.
The Platform features live video streams hosted by licensed dispensaries. During live streams, Sellers may offer products, promotions, and time-limited deals. All purchases made during live streams are subject to these Terms and the Seller's own terms and conditions.
Time-limited product offerings ("Drops") are subject to availability and may be claimed on a first-come, first-served basis. Claimed items are reserved for a limited time and must be completed through checkout. We do not guarantee availability of any product.
Cannabis remains a Schedule I controlled substance under federal law. Weedable operates exclusively within states that have legalized cannabis for medical and/or recreational use under state law.
All transactions on the Platform are conducted in compliance with the cannabis laws of the state in which the Seller is licensed. Each Seller is solely responsible for maintaining all required state and local licenses, permits, and regulatory compliance, including but not limited to compliance with their state's seed-to-sale tracking system (e.g., METRC, BioTrack, Leaf Data Systems).
Product descriptions, THC/CBD content, strain information, and other product details are provided by Sellers. While we require Sellers to provide accurate information, Weedable does not independently verify product claims. Lab testing results, when displayed, are provided by the Seller and their designated testing laboratory.
All purchases are subject to the daily and transactional purchase limits established by applicable state law. The Platform will enforce known purchase limits, but you are ultimately responsible for ensuring your purchases comply with your state's regulations.
When you place an order through the Platform, you are making an offer to purchase from the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to accept or reject any order. An order is confirmed only when the Seller accepts it and you receive an order confirmation.
Orders may be fulfilled via in-store pickup or delivery, depending on the Seller's offerings and applicable state regulations. For delivery orders, you must be present at the delivery address with valid identification. Cannabis cannot be delivered to federal property, schools, or other restricted areas.
All orders require valid government-issued photo ID verification at the point of pickup or delivery. Medical cannabis orders additionally require presentation of a valid medical cannabis card. Failure to present valid identification will result in order cancellation.
Payments are processed through our secure payment system. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount for your order, including any taxes, fees, and delivery charges. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Refund and cancellation policies are determined by individual Sellers and applicable state regulations. Contact the Seller directly for refund requests.

The Platform, including its design, features, content, and technology, is owned by Weedable and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform without our prior written consent.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR LEGALITY OF ANY CANNABIS PRODUCTS LISTED ON THE PLATFORM.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEEDABLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID THROUGH THE PLATFORM IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Weedable, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
