Privacy Policy

Overview. This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the interactive tools and content and software found on the website www.weedable.com (the “Website”), and contains Weedable, Inc.'s (individually and collectively with its affiliates and subsidiaries, “Owner”) policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of our users' (“Users”) data and information when accessing and using the Website and its services.  This Privacy Policy explains the choices you have about how your personally identifiable information is used and how Owner protects that information. Owner urges you to read this Privacy Policy carefully.

By accessing and browsing the Website, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the terms and conditions contained in this Privacy Policy and you consent to any action Owner takes with respect to your information that is in compliance with this Privacy Policy.

Information Collected and How We Collect It.  For the purpose of this Privacy Policy:

"Personally Identifiable Information" means any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, postal address, telephone number, and e-mail address.  You will be asked to provide Personally Identifiable Information under various circumstances when using the Website, including when registering an account or when scheduling services.

"Anonymous Information" means information which does not enable identification of an individual User, such as aggregated information about the use of the Website and services. When visitors come to the Website, Owner collects and aggregates information indicating, among other things, which pages of the Website were visited, the order in which they were visited and which hyperlinks were "clicked." Collecting such information involves the logging of IP addresses and the operating system and browser software used by each visitor to the Website. Although such information is not personally identifiable, it may be possible to determine from an IP address a User’s Internet service provider and the geographic location of his or her point of connectivity.  Anonymous Information includes a User's submissions to the Website and any evaluations or results, individually or in the aggregate, of such submissions; provided the User's identity is not associated with such submissions and evaluations when used or disclosed by Owner.

If you choose to register and create a login account with the Website, Owner requires you to submit information on your behalf or on behalf of another person that may include Personally Identifiable Information.  Owner will also collect data from your submissions to the Website. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and authorizations to submit, use, and authorize Owner to use such third party Personally Identifiable Information and submissions.  The Website only collects Personally Identifiable Information with your knowledge. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the Personally Identifiable Information and Anonymous Information you submit via the Website. Inaccurate information will affect the information you receive when using the Website and Owner's ability to contact you as contemplated in this Privacy Policy. For example, your e-mail address should be kept current.

How We Use Your Information.  Owner does not collect any Personally Identifiable Information from you unless you voluntarily choose to disclose such information.  In order to take advantage of certain services and features on the Website, you must provide certain Personally Identifiable Information and Anonymous Information to Owner during the registration process, including, without limitation, your name and e-mail address.  In order to process your payment for services, Owner will collect your credit card number, expiration date, and billing address.  All financial information is encrypted in Owner's systems as described in the Security section below.

Your Personally Identifiable Information may be collected and used by Owner to track transactions conducted by you on the Website including information that Owner requires for payment.  If you submit Personally Identifiable Information through the Website, then Owner will use your Personally Identifiable Information to improve the Website's services to you, to contact you, and to identify and authenticate your access to the Website’s services that you are authorized to access. In addition, Owner uses Anonymous Information in aggregate form to build higher quality, more useful online services by performing statistical analyses of the collective characteristics and behavior of the Website's Users, and by measuring demographics and interests regarding specific areas of the Website.

Owner may use your e-mail address to send updates, offers for Owner's products and services, and a newsletter or news regarding Owner's services.  Owner may send you e-mail service notifications that are related to your account or products and services in which you are enrolled. These include e-mails that provide account information, answer your questions about a product, facilitate or confirm a sale, or fulfill a legal or regulatory disclosure requirement.

The Website makes forums, message boards, and similar public areas available to Users.  Any information disclosed in these areas becomes public information, and you should exercise caution when deciding whether to disclose personal information (especially Personally Identifiable Information) in these areas.  Owner strongly recommends that you do not post Personally Identifiable Information in these areas, because it would become publicly available for anyone to see and third parties could use it to contact you directly, create "spam" lists, or otherwise misuse the information.   Owner is not responsible for any information that you post in public areas of the Website.

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies.  Some of the Website's pages may utilize "cookies" and other tracking technologies. A "cookie" is a small text file that may be used, for example, to collect information about Website activity. Some cookies and other technologies may serve to recall Personally Identifiable Information previously provided by a User. Most browsers allow you to control cookies, including whether or not to accept them and how to remove them. You may set most browsers to notify you if you receive a cookie, or you may choose to block cookies with your browser.  If you disable or block cookies, some features of the Website that make your experience more efficient will be disabled and some of the Website's services will not function properly.

Owner might allow third-party behavioral tracking at any given time.

Disclosure of Your Information.  Owner will not disclose Personally Identifiable Information to anyone without your prior consent, except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Opting Out.  Although you are required to register if you wish to use certain services on the Website, you may choose to "opt out" of receiving informational and promotional materials from Owner. Owner periodically sends such materials to those Users who have not "opted out" of receiving them. These mailings clearly indicate the originator of the e-mail and provide the customer with a method of "opting out" of receiving future communications of a similar nature.

Merger or Sale.  In the event that Owner is sold to, or otherwise acquired by or merged with, a third party entity, Owner reserves the right to transfer or assign to such third party entity the information that Owner has collected from Users as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on the Website's servers.  The Website invokes a number of websites, software, and services that were not developed or are not operated by Owner and that are not under the control of Owner, including, but not limited to, your mobile phone’s or computer’s operating system, browser, e-mail and SMS programs, dialer and other websites and services.  Owner cannot assure you that these third party websites and services will function and expressly denies any liability related to such third party websites and services.  Moreover, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.  Therefore, Owner cannot guarantee its security and have no liability for the wrongful acts of third parties to access or disclose your Personally Identifiable Information. Owner assumes no liability for any disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information or any other data or information resulting from errors in transmission or unauthorized third party access.
