Who are we to decide? For almost 100 years cannabis was used by American Pharmacies as a useful medicine? So what changed? Does marijuana no longer serve any medicinal purposes? I think it still does. With more research coming out daily on the benefits and uses of medical cannabis, the United States will have no choice but to change its policy on the substance.
